Setup Kolab Groupware to work with multiple domains

I have installed on the Centos 6.5 server Kolab Groupware application, but out of the box it's don't support multiple domains so I need to setup it so it's will works with multiple domains . Documentation are on kolab website just google "kolab multiple domains" I can't post link to it here, you need to have skills to work with Ldap as well . As well on Kolab when I creating user it creates email automatically if it's first name and last name so email looks I need to change it email will be only first letter from the first name at the beginning .
