Simple PHP & MySQL project

This project is actually very simple. I need two simple scripts both written in PHP utilizing MySQL. One script will simply be an input form with a browse button that will allow someone to import a CSV file that will get imported into the database a database table. Anytime a new CSV is imported all data in the tables must be purged or dropped and then the new CSV will be imported into the tables. Here is the header from CSV file that will be imported: "DateSubmitted","Name","Email Address","Subject","Message" Here is the table build: CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `jos_viewer_submissions` ( `DateSubmitted` datetime NOT NULL, `Name` varchar(25) NOT NULL default '', `EmailAddress` varchar(25) NOT NULL default '', `Subject` text NOT NULL, `Message` text NOT NULL, ---------------------------------------------- The second script will be used to display the data from the MySQL tables above and it will appear in order from the "DateSubitted by" displaying the most recent submissions at the top. The data is to be shown using zebra stripped css rows. The data is submitted into the "Message" row often contains HTML chars like <br> and other types of HTML markup, so you'll need to keep that in mind when you build the results script. I don't want HTML tags showing up in the messages! Only 25 results are to be shown on a page with the ability to show ALL or hit next to see 25 more. I've attached an example of what the results page should look like as well as a simple CSV file with data. I am looking for the best price. This project isn't highly technical one if you're an experienced PHP and MySQL developer. Quote me the price, I've not hidden anything in the project so it should be straight forward!
