It's really hard to say how long it would take for the proposal responses since each RFP tends to be unique. However, what I like to do is if the responses are all coming from the same company (that's my assumption) then I would simply create a reusable data table for each response category. This should streamline future responses and lower the cost of each subsequent submittal. However, getting to that point takes some time. So, what I would do is simply bid my standard rate of $25 hour for now but if you want to fix price them then that would be fine after I have had a chance to look over the RFPs to get a feel for what the complexity.
With all that said I do have extensive experience working on technology-related RFPs but as you have seen from other responders it is generally protected data and not for release. However, although I don't think this aligns to your business segment, I do have a proposal response that I built from scratch for a friend of mine for his business. I will send that to you via PM.
