Authorize.net / SIM Perl CGI problem

I have a problem. A client's billing company, [login to view URL], has switched their system to something they call SIM programming (I think.) As a result, the current product ordering pages, which are written in Perl, do not work. I need someone intimately familiar with both Perl and [login to view URL] to peruse the site code and correct the problem. It should be easy for an experienced programmer, so I'm offering only $50.
