Convert website to Wordpress + Blogg

Build a standard WP blogg based on this design: <[login to view URL]> We do not have the design so you have to recreate it. We are looking for a person or a small company to work with over a long period. We have 2 - 8 WP sites every month to be made. It's very important with good comunications skills in english, incl. skype chat. We will prefere that the supplier is from Eeastern Europe to the need of easy comunication.
