211969 Elgg and vBulletin project

Simple project. I installed a fresh copy of Elgg and several mods. All the mods I couldn't install, I need you to finish for me, plus a vB forum database needs to merged in. - Elgg installation needs upgrading. - Mods (that will be provided) need to be tweaked and fully installed. - vB forum needs to be installed, intergrated with Elgg and an older version of vB (database) needs to be merged in with it. - Everything needs to checked on server and site to make sure everything works correctly. - Needs to be done within 48 hrs. - PM me your portfolio. - Hurry up and bid!!!
