Online Domain name checker - script needed for hosting site

Hi I am currently making a hosting website which is [login to view URL] What I need is someone to make the Domain Name Search on the mainpage and the sidebars on rest of pages work. Attached are the images of the areas I need coding so they check to see if the domain is avaliable. The coding must keep in with the design of the site (CSS etc) and have a matching results page. I was thinking of just using one of the content pages, clearing the content and putting the results in there. To make it easier have a look at [login to view URL] - it has coding that you might be able to use. Please see attached pictures of areas I need coding (you will them in the links anyway). This is an easy job, I just haven't got time to do it myself. Thank you.
