213094 Plugin for Gallery2/Joomla

This is a project for Gallery 2 experts. It is a relatively simple project which involves the tweaking of permissions, I presume. Currently have Gallery 2 installed bridged to Joomla 1.0.13 and Community builder v1.1 The Gallery is open for viewing to users but cannot create albums. Objectives of this project: Create web upload applet that allows joomla community builder users to be able to: 1. upload images (like the upload applet plugin already in gallery 2) 2. automatically create an album to store these images (name is decided by user) 3. these newly created albums are not open to view to anyone except moderators, admins and super admins, so that they can be approved and moved to the appropriate folders. 4. All these new albums to be within one album called "unsorted" This applet can be part of gallery 2 as long as it is accessible by registered users using the joomla bridge, which I see there is no problem at the moment. Details to be specified by PMB if not clear. I will rate this as a semi simple project, which may have already been done before.
