86366 Staff Programmer Needed

We are seeking a Programmer to join out staff not fully time but more of a parttime work, while you maintain your paying clients or freelancing until we can pay you full time. We are on a shoestring budget and new but we are in the Travel, Golf and Mortgage Fields. This is a very exciting industry and we own the only niche site and company in the world that does what we do - as we have a few more planned to roll out next year as well that are extremely niched and will already be profitable. We already have clients lined up for one biz for the first of next year. We are offer a % of profits OR ownership depending on if your in the USA or not. USA citizens can own by federal laws, where as the way we are setting up our company someone outside the USA can't own, but can recieve % of profits - just via subcontract position. We have researched this to make sure we could do what we say, as we work very hard to be different from most businesses in that we try hard to keep our word. We are moral, ethical and will and can provide references with our staff currently now. We have 7 months building one business site and 6 on another. We are here to stay and mean business and very serious about it - failure is not an option!
