Need vBulletin Forum EXPERT for various small and large modifications

I am looking for a vBulletin forum software expert. I am constantly looking to make small and sometimes large modifications to my board. Right now, I have a couple in mind, but nothing finalized. I need someone who knows how vbulletin works.. inside and out. I am not looking for someone who merely knows how to make a template. I will possibly need CUSTOM plugins/products made, and deeper vbulletin edits made which may require edits into vbulletins core files. Please include your experience in your PMB, and what kind of things you've done with vbulletin forums. I am looking for someone who offers reasonable pricing, but who is also knowledgeable and wont end up causing damage to my site. Please do not bid if you do not use vbulletin a lot, I really need someone experienced and professional. Thanks
