PhoneConfirm Implementation for phpBB registration

I have two separate phpBB forums (under the same domain) I want to have a phone confirmation required for every forum registration using [login to view URL] service. The phone call placed to the user will be something like "Hello, and thank you for registering on mysite.com. Please spell out your username after the tone so that an administrator can review your account." Obviously, a phone number field will have to be added to the registration page. Then an email will go to me with the recording of the user's voice. Phoneconfirm has this service (see [login to view URL]) - I JUST NEED SIMPLE IMPLEMENTATION. Please see phoneconfirm's site for implementation details. It says that it is a SOAP/HTTP or simple HTTP request.
