Automated dialer for Skype-Mac

We need to make programmed reminder calls based on recordings to our customers. We use Skype and we use only Mac computers at our company. The little script we need has to be able to: Program calls to phone numbers in our Skype data base. To reproduce pre-recorded messages and to record them using the computer built-in mic. Has to do the ability to program calls at fixed times or to do them Randomly The ability to redial if the phone number is busy To be able to leave the message if an answering machine responds. It has to look good and be easy to use. (basic MAC look and feel) NOTE: This is not for massive telemarketing. It does not need HUGE capabilities.
