create new reccurring payment module using card on file

Looking for a php/ drupal commmerce experienced coder. The project involves creating a module for the Drupal commerce system. The module is a: Payment gateway for targetpay ([login to view URL]). Payment gateway/method will be: Direct Debit [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The module has to work as a recurring payment. site is built with drupal commerce using the commerce recurring module. workflow is same as [login to view URL] buy product, pay with targetpay and get info from client to create recurring payments. In the video example the paymill gateway is used, but i need same workflow. I need the same workflow as in the example BUT I want is done with the Targetpay gateway(for that you need targetpay IDEAL and targetpay Direct Debit). The Targetpay IDEAL module is available, so YOU are building the "Direct debit" implementation AND the "card on file" implementation to create the workflow needed. Needed modules for this workflow: Commerce recurring (available) Targetpay IDEAL (available) Card on file (available) Targetpay Direct Debit (You build it) --> need to work out of the box as single direct debit payment --> need to work as recurring payment through integrayon with Card on file(save customer payment/bank info) AND targetpay Ideal(get customer payment/bank info) module I have available a sample api code from the payment provider. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Only apply if you can work with Drupal. payment milestones: 20 % after Directdebit is working on my site (single payment) 30% after Directdebit recurring paymentis working on my site (integrated with card on file and IDEAL) 50% after complete workflow is working on my site.(after complete testing of module in workflow) Due to too many problems in the past I have to choose for this payment schedule.
