Hi , I can do this with red5 server with php videowhisper . Videowhisper allows you to chat with video with some one or many person real time with rtmp server address. And red5 comes with rtmp server access. However Red5 and videowhisper is free and opensource! Hope that's what are you looking for. And thanks for inviting me.
