PHP FTP Cron Job

I need a php file which I will start once a day with Cron. The idea is to have a php file that will back up a website onto another server with FTP, skipping files that already exhist and are the same. If the files are the same or not will be determined by their size. The php files has the following settable variables: -FTP location/Login of remote server -Start directory of remote server -Start directory of local server Upon kicking off the php script starts iterating through all the files and directories from the start directory of the local server. For each file it finds, it checks if it exhist and is the same size as the file on the remote server. If it is not, the script performs the FTP operation to send it over to the remote server. This way the two servers keep a mirror set of files, updated daily. Must work for FTP & SFTP Thats it! Just a clean working php file.
