C++/C# programmer for a cryptocurrency or bitcoin project

We are looking for a coder with strong C++/C# knowledge, and already work on currency ex changer and who would be able to successfully complete a crypto-currency project. The coder in question must be able to observe deadlines and must maintain a strong and constant communication with us throughout the development period of the project. Furthermore, post-development maintenance must be provided. As far as the project itself is concerned, it involves designing a new crypto-coin, together with a wallet software for it and at least one miner software (ideally, the coin should be mineable through both CPU and GPU, and miner software should be provided for both these options). This new coin does not aim to be revolutionary from a technical perspective, and thus one of the existing algorithms, such as Bitcoin or Litecoin, could be used as the basis for its development. The main emphasis in the development of this new coin should be on security, transaction speed and a fairly predictable yield, considering that certain assumptions regarding the no. of miners involved and their mining power apply. Therefore, this coin should be a highly optimised, finely tuned derivative of an already existing algorihtm, ideally bringing some innovations along the way as well. A total of 50,000,000 coins will exist and will be mineable. The coin will not be pre-mined at all, and thus the mining difficultly progression curve will have to be thoroughly thought through, based on some pre-determined estimates regarding the popularity of the coin and the number of miners it might attract over the first 5 years, as well as their predicted hash rate. Overall, the coin shouldn’t be perceived as a difficult-to-mine coin (and indeed shouldn’t be one). On the contrary, the initial mining difficulty of the coin, combined with the possibility of both CPU and GPU mining, should make this coin relatively easily mineable during its first weeks/months. As mentioned above, the increase in difficulty should be calculated based on some estimates and assumptions regarding the mining power invested in the coin over a period of approx. 5 years (the exact details will be discussed once work on the project actually starts).
