Realty Hype Social Network engine.

I need to have a social network engine placed to support my site. Clients need to Register so they can add info on the property they are selling. A data base for each Registering User. A data base for each Property that is added by the Registered User. A search tool for Buyers to use to search the data entered by the Registered User.
