Scrap websites from archive.org

We want a developer who can develop a web application that can take any website and this application will return number of versions that have been stored on [login to view URL] with the dates of archiving. After that, User can choose any version from these returned version and the application will scrap this version from [login to view URL] with all contents ( Posts - article - images - function .......etc ) and save it in a folder in a path inside the tool. For example : The tool domain [login to view URL] I'll give the tool [login to view URL], So the application should do these : 1 ) return number of versions on [login to view URL] for [login to view URL] is 29 versions with dates ( 15 jan 2011 , 20 Apr 2012 , ....... ) 2 ) I can choose any dates ( for ex : 20 Apr 2012 ) 3 ) the application will scrap this version with all contents and save the website in ( [login to view URL] ) and if the user make this process again, the application will delete the old version and copy new one on the same path. and if the user give order to scrap a version that is already copying the application refuse to copy this version till the process is finished first.
