Wordpress-based Website Redesign

I need to come up with a new design for the website, [[login to view URL]][1]. The project will consist of two parts. The first part of the project is for the designer to come up with JPG mockups of at least three different designs for the index page, and two or three designs for the subpage with regular content, and the subpage with the calendar. For this first part you only need to provide a JPG mockup of index and subpages. The second part of the project is to do the actuall Wordpress site. The client has given me some ideas of sites that they like, and they include these web sites: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> They also like template number 32467 as seen on the site, templatemonster.com. To make the process easier, you can provide JPG samples similar to what is shown above. The client is interested in certain features, PROJECT DETAILS. If you need more money, provide explanation. The client is interested in certain features, including: rotating photos on the index page, a calendar of events, a gallery page, a way to update daily information, such as with a blog. The client wants to be able to edit the calendar themselves and to also edit the gallery sections themselves. Any solution must be user-editable in Dreamweaver 8, or via some built in functionality native to Wordpress. I will look for coder to provide their best and easiest solution to edit gallery, calendar and blog. Client will want one photo on each subpage, and since we may need to replicate subpages at some future point, the photo on each sub page must not be a part of the design. By that I mean the index and sub page photos and designs must NOT be a fixed PSD file. Elements of all pages must be editable in Dreamweaver, client does not have skill to edit PSD files or any code. Client will provide updated menu items and titles. The client will add or subtract from menus shown and will provide a list. Ideally, menu items should be HTML coded text so that they can be edited or changed or deleted in the future by client. Client can use Dreamweaver, but not much else. Depending on price, client would also like a "members" section for which one will need a password to access that section of the web site. After much research, we think Wordpress may provide the best solutions, considering they need a calendar and need to be able to edit themselves. However, if coder believes there is another solution that is better than Wordpress, we are open to review. Each gallery will have 8 to 12 photos and we would prefer a solution other than Flash based galleries -- Flash galleries seem to take much to long to load.
