Magento - Stock Problem Error Fix

I have a magento 1.7.0.2 edition website and I have started experiencing something really weird and I need an expert to take a look at the issue and fix it. The problem ---> for some reason in every couple minutes (Varies from 3 to 30 minutes) at a time my products started going out of stock and zero quantity one by one. Related information I import my products using Magmi and after I do that I run [login to view URL] under shell to index all items However I have to go to the backend indexer because it for some reason doesn't index one or two indexes so I reindex the ones that are left from the back end At first all seems good however (Like after hald an hour or so ) later products one by one start to go out of stock and zero quantity???? Looking for a freelancer that can debug this very quickly figure out the issue and fix the problem!
