We require a set of tutorials to be written on how to use [login to view URL]'s API to build a realtime search engine. An example output for the query: Obama can be found here: [login to view URL] Each tutorial will be less than 800 words, and include screenshots and PHP code samples. We will require all the work to be completed in 14 days. The tutorials will be organized in the following manner: 1) Send a query, get results. Will cover API signup, how to query the API and what the response looks like. 2) Parsing the feed. Will cover PHP querying the feed and parsing the response. Will include a complete and working php file which: takes in query as a get variable, queries the API, parses the response and places it into an array. 3) Getting queries from users and outputting Results. Will cover looping over response array and outputting, HTML and CSS styling of results (basic, standard search layout). Will also cover a basic search form homepage and the inclusion of a search form on the home page. Will include PHP and CSS files for homepage and results page, with all features of part 2 plus styling of output. 4) Adding ads. Will cover the inclusion of ads, taken from the API response and the presentation of these ads on the results page. Will include PHP and CSS files for homepage and results page, with all features of part 3 plus output of ads with appropriate styling. Tutorials must be written in clear, concise english and code must be free from errors.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
