DEADLINE FOR THIS PROJECT IS AN INSANE June 16 We will not pay if not completed by then. We will pay $3,000 if the work can be completed by then ON THAT DAY (No delay) This is a text - to song project. NOTE: We have posted this project before and hired someone who was unable to complete the project in 3 months so this is a difficult project. This programmer was an expert TTS programmer but could not make this work - so not for the faint at heart. Using "Festival" TTS or the SAPI TTS capabilities on Windows or the Singing API on Mac or any other no license fee solution, I need someone who can create a text to song application. NOTE: 1. this is NOT to be done in flash 2. this can be done in any of the above or another TTS as long as there is NOT a licensing fee for the TTS. 3. there will be no payment if deadline is missed 4. basic information: 1. web visitor types in the flash application above new lyrics for the songs listed there 2. the flash communicates with the application you are building 3. the text is converted to song for on a WEB SERVER 4. the application you are developing creates an MP3 (must be an mp3) or the new song with the typed in lyrics NOTE: The music files will be provided. you only have to make the text "sing". a desktop application that accomplishes this can be found here: [login to view URL] we are not associated with kaelabs.com. we have unsuccessfully tried to contact them for months. this seems to be a deadend. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform None
