Another IE Toolbar in VB

I notice a lot of Requests for IE Toolbars in VB. I am not aware what is possible here so correct me if I am wrong. Can I have a Toolbar in IE that contains 4 Buttons, The First two for a general Link to Websites The Third and Four to send a username and password to a site, fill it in and open the page. Like for Example Hotmail or another online Mail server?
