I have about 17 excel spreadsheets that are very similar, but not exactly the same. I would like to extract the information in each spreadsheet and create scenarios for use in a single combined spreadsheet. The attached "Gen Cost Combined [login to view URL]" is an example. I've also included 4 sample spreadsheets. Each Excel Workbook contains an "Info" worksheet with 100+ inputs regarding the cost of different eletric generation technologies. There are several categories of inputs, such as "Plant Size", "Finanical Info", "Tax Info", "Operating Costs", "Environmental Costs" etc. I would like to take all the inputs from the "Info" sheet of each Excel Workbook (there are 17) and save it as a single scenario (i.e. one column in a worksheet as is the "Technology Scenarios" in the attached "Gen Cost Combined [login to view URL]" worksheet). The user will then be able to use a single workbook to call any one of the 17 scenarios. Warning 90% of the data is labeled the same across all spreadsheets, but some have unique items all of which need need to be included in the combined spreadsheet. The first column with the labels in the "Technology Scenarios" will have to have some items inserted to account for this. I think the scenario manager in Excel is too cumbersome, so I would like to rely on a simple VBA macro to allow the user to call each scenario, and save any changes as the same or a new scenario. The exact layout of the info worksheet will go through some modifications. Each input cell will have a unique name that can be used by the VBA code, but this has not been created yet. This spreadsheet will be distributed widely, so the code needs to be bomb and idiot proof across WinTel platforms. I expect coders to honor their bids, but I like to give bonus for good fast work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3) well documented VBA code with good error trapping ## Platform Excel/VBA for WinTel platforms
