This project should be a clone application for stand alone PC system based on the web application available to registered users at [[login to view URL]][1] This project involves some more features and function than those available at [[login to view URL]][1] Please refer the site [[login to view URL]][1] and also the attached document file carefully before submitting your bid offers. The attached file forms and important and integral part of Bid Request Details. Please do not submit your Bid Offer without going through all the details for this project. This project is NOT for a web application. This project involves developing a desktop software application using Visual Basic for multiple installations. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Complete source code with due comments, back-end database files (if any), executable files, installable files, flow charts for the source code, help files for the application, relevant images, icons, pictures, etc. 5) All other tools, objects, code, etc which form part of this project. ## Platform This desktop software application should be operational on any or all of these operating systems: MS-Windows 95, MS-Windows-98, MS-Windows ME, MS-Windows 98 SE, MS-Windows XP, MS-Windows NT, MS-Windows 2000, Internet Explorer 4.0 and above, Netscape Navigator 4.0 and above. This desktop software application should also be operational on a PC with 64 MB memory, 8 GB hard disk drive and VGA display monitor.
