Single EXE to FTP server and email ADDRESS

I need a VB application that acts as a simple FTP server that allows FTP sharing of an entire CPU (all hard drives). The catch is, I also need the software to email me a user name and login to the FTP server with the FTP server's IP address. The software should generate a complicated login that I can copy and past into a ftp program. I want to be able to easily modify the email address/addresses that the email gets mailed to. So this should be a variable at the top of the app. I would like all of this functionality in one app, but if it take more that is OK I guess, the only thing is I don't want an install. I want to be able to copy this on a USB memory key and go... the application could start up and ask for the email address(es) to email the login/pswd. The login/PSWD should change every 24hrs to something unique and randomn and then be re-emailed. The application should be hidden when running, IE headless, not seen in taskbar, etc. If you can think of another way to do this not using VB, I am interested... Tell me, if I mount a network drive from network neighborhood, can it be shared too... The first time it runs it should ask for an email address. The next time it should not. Also, it should add itself to the system startup so no one knows it is running if the computer is rebooted. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform windows XP, VB or other suggestions.
