UDP message vertification component

Enclosed is the component that vertifies messages using the Winsock and UDP protocol. However, this component has bugs in it. What I need is to either fix the bugs with the component or redo it. If the component is redone, the parameters should be exactly the same so I don't have to make many changes to my applications that use it. There is a game package I have that uses it. Once you think its completed, it needs to be tested by connecting to someone who has a dial up connection. The component works perfectly using a Local Area Network and rarely has problems when all people connected have high speed connections. The problems usually lie when someone has a dial up connection. If you need assistance, I will email you the game package so it can be tested against that. The names of the procedures and classes called from other applications need to be the same.
