VBA .xla convert to DLL

1. I am a finance professional who has written a fairly large VBA application in Excel. I have discovered that the program has commercial possibilities, and am working to finalize some distribution agreements. I am concerned about the fact that source code can be easily cracked and want to convert the VBA add-in to a DLL for greater security. 2. The project uses several references to outside libraries for data access. 3. I am concerned about how external calls, etc. translate to a DLL add-in. 4. The program will be frequently updated so I need to understand what is being done in the conversion and be able to update it later. 5. I am happy to do future work on this project with someone who helps me in this conversion phase. If the product is successful I can guarantee there will be other work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Must run with MS Office 2000, and preferably MS Office XP.
