Need Paypal One TIme & Recurring Payment Integrated Into Link Directory Submissions Page & Scrape

I have an existing classic web directory site at: [login to view URL] I would need 2 things done. 1- As you can see, there isn't much content. I would like to have someone scrape and add real working URLs from a few trusted directories out there that I can give you. 2 - I need Paypal integrated into the site. Both the ability to add a one time payment as well as recurring monthly payment options. It's pretty basic software, but I'm just looking to tie it up a bit. Thanks!
