Create mobile redirect to desktop view

I have a website that is complete, both a desktop version and a mobile version. They are two different HTML pages. I need to you to write the proper code using Javascript or PHP that allows me the website visitor to do the following. On a mobile device: - Defaults to "[login to view URL]" mobile web view - Option at bottom of page to "View Full Site" that takes them to the desktop version "[login to view URL]" - Then takes the user to "[login to view URL]" without redirecting them back to the "[login to view URL]" site I am willing to consider different ways of doing this using different methods. Please tell me in brief which method you plan on implementing.
