We require a developer or an agency to build a web portal from scratch ideally by customising and developing on established platforms (e.g. WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, elgg, jobberbase, jobbex, SocialEngine, etc). We have more information in the Job Portal Project Description and Bidding Guide document we have attached below.
Expected Skills
Ajax, PHP, html, xml, along with extensive experience in configuring and implementing on platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, elgg, jobberbase, jobbex, SocialEngine, etc. Experience of developing CMS plugins and mobile applications (apps) would be an advantage for future projects.
