Facebook OpenGraph Integration

I have a wordpress blog that requires Facebook's Read - Article action. I need someone who can implement an authentication page. (This will have the option to authorise App or read on regardless) The main feature will be a fully compliant (to Facebook regulation) automated post action after 10 seconds for every article read. Finally, the project will only be completed when Facebook approve the app.
