Hotel Website

I need a fully working fairly simple Demo hotel website. The Demo website should be based on [login to view URL] with modifications as explained later: IMPORTANT NOTE: All bidders need to be aware that [login to view URL] is a reference website only (you are not required to update this website), I have no affiliation to this reference website and cannot give you the code or access to the control panel, I am simply using that website to help explain what I want and to let you all know what feel I wanted to go for. Required modifications to the reference website: The hotel name is to be The Orange Tree Hotel. 2) A logo will need to be created for use on the website for The Orange Tree Hotel. The design and colour themes of the site will need to change to suit this hotel name. In the top right of the pages we do not need the telephone number, the “Home” link, the “Our Hotels” link, the “Local Area” link, the “Brochure Form” link, the “Contact” link - so all these can just be deleted. In the bottom right of the pages we do not need the Facebook image / link. On the left of the pages we do not need the following links / navigation buttons; “Room Rates”, “Weddings & Events”, “Seasonal Breaks”, “Special Offers”, “The Royalist”, “Join Newletter”. 7) The link for “Our Rooms” should be “Our Rooms and Rates”. The following modifications are required to the our rooms page: We do not need the following links; “Click to view room rates”, “Click to send an email enquiry”, Click to view special offers”. Can the room rate tables just be included on this page instead of needing a link to show them. The following modifications are required to the the conservatory restaurant page: We do not need the following links; “Click to view our sample Mothering Sunday Menu”, “Click to enquire about availability or call +44 (0) 1451 830 344 to book a table now”. We still need the link “Click to view sample of The Conservatory Restaurant menu”. 2) Can the conservatory logo be changed so it has the same feel as the orange tree hotel logo. This logo will need to also appear on the sample menu and on all other places on the site where the current conservatory logo is shown. The following modifications are required to the La Vigna Brasserie page: We do not need the following link; “Click to enquire about availability or call +44 (0) 1451 830 344 to book a table now”. We still need the link “Click to view sample of the La Vigna menu”. Can the name of this page be changed to La Brasserie and can a new logo be created with the same feel as the orange tree hotel logo. This logo will need to also appear on the sample menu and on all other places on the site where the current La Vigna logo is shown. The following modifications are required to the Gigot Bar page: We do not need the following link; “Click to enquire about availability or call +44 (0) 1451 830 344 to book a table now”. We still need the link “Click to view sample of the The Orange Bar menu”. Can the name of this page be changed to The Orange Bar and can a new logo be created with the same feel as the orange tree hotel logo. This logo will need to also appear on the sample menu and on all other places on the site where the current Gigot Bar logo is shown. The following modifications are required to the How to find us page: We do not need the following links; “Click to download our location map for The Grapevine”, “Click here to view information on the surrounding area”. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not use wordpress or any other non-bespoke method to create this website as from experience this always leads to the site being hacked. The website should be completely bespoke but I will need admin access to alter content etc..
