Insurance website

I need to build an insurance website that is due asap. I have purchased many different Elegant Themes, Joomla Themes, etc. I have all the content written out and the images for the various pages. I have a ton on my plate in dealing with my personal life, and I'm having difficulties focusing or being creative with the overwhelming issues I am going through. I can pay 150.00-200.00 for the site to be put together and uploaded to our server. I can give some of my files such as themes, graphics, fonts, in addition. I need to have this done by Friday. Again, I can provide the various themes that I've purchased, along with all the data for each page of the site. It's pretty simple but I don't have the flow to put it together and look good right at the moment.
