Interested in the creation of a business relationship (long term) with an experienced magneto ecommerce designer. This is my second Megento project (so we are a bit comfortable with magento at this stage) that we are about to launch and would like to get a consultant on board that will grow with us. Once we find that person, this and future projects will be given to him/her. Our initial goal is to get help on some of the issues associated with pre-launch and then work on future upgrades in a timely manner. References are necessary (freelancer references will be given more weight). Will work initially on an hourly basis then lump sum for future projects. Initial issues include: Minor website cosmetics Improving website loading speeds Product upload issues. Freelancer should provide an hourly rate as a part of their initial bid.
