90554 Media script

Im in need of a scipt developed in php/mysql script in short term I need a media type script that supports ipod format videos for playback and alow the user to download them. Allow user to add new videos. allow admin to add new videos and accept and decline them. has to be a feature that the admin can turn auto accept on if needed. There is alot of other features that this script will feature like a news section and also a rating system so users can rate the video. im only after the script not the css or html i would provide these and you just get the scitp installed into the template.
