Need Custom Bookmarking website made

I need a book marking website made. It would be very simple, it just stores website addresses on varying webpages in order to save them for future browsing. So, you can save a couple of websites and be able to view them easily later. it would have two pages, 1. home page 2. unique user bookmarking page It is similar to how [login to view URL] looks, each bookmark is stored on a page and u can view snippets from the website. Ideally, you could view video directly on the page as well. It's basically a simple online bookmarking website. I'm looking for an intelligent, custom web developer who can perform quickly and efficiently. We have more projects if this one goes well.
