He I have experience with similar sites. As you maybe know harder part is collecting of info. Some bookmakers has XML feed but they are not public known I mean there are no page which explain how some feed works. Others has no feed at all and info has to be extracted from HTML. So the price depends how much sources you need. Of course better solution is to develop some tools that will allow to build and add to system new spider when new source will come a life. Also to spider to much sources require very good server may be dedicated one. There a lot thing to discuss so contact me. If curious check my portfolio www.piasoft.info.
