Hello! I need this concept to be brought to life very quickly: A user gets rewards for looking at and interacting with a page of ads (ie, clicking on them). Maybe it would pay them cash via paypal according to the duration they spend on the page and the amount of ads they click. I will provide full details and a mock-up when I choose the winning bidder. Also, the freelancer must find an ads network that this will work with that it is not against their rules and it won't get banned.
