Play ClipShare Videos on iPad

hey all i have a ClipShare video streaming website and I'd like to upgrade my site to the next level, many people try to access and play video of my website on their iPhone but as you know you can't play flash on iPads or iPhones,,, so if you can do it, i'm on a low budget right here, i have a clipshare script on my website and i want you to make my website work on iPad and like make a mobile version or whatever to make my website videos not only available on Pc's but also mobile phones and iPads.
