Registration script / Etomite CMS site

I need a pretty simple solution to be used on Etomite CMS for gathering user registrations: 1) user registers and fills in 5 fields (some are compulsory others are not) 2) user confirms his registration by clicking on a link in an e-mail sent to his e-mail address 3) A list of registered users is displayed. 4) Site administrator can also see all users who have not finished registering in another list (i.e. have not clicked on confirmation e-mail). U can use an existing snipplet and modify it accordingly - e.g. [login to view URL];showfile=44 Given that this work is very small, I expect almost immediate completion.
