Small Real Estate Site w/ Backend

I am a real estate investor who buys and sells properties to other investors. These investors buy these properties from me all cash after they inspect the property. I wanted to create a website that will store potential deals I am trying to sell. I want to create a system where I can email investors in my database a link to a property I am selling. Investors will have to click that link and login into the site to see the property. I DO NOT WANT THE PROPERTIES I AM SELLING VISABLE TO THE PUBLIC. ONLY APPROVED investors will have access to this website. Note: Most of the investors imputed into this system will be from our telemarketing team who will have already prescreened investors. They will only be sent properties that meet their criteria. Also the information gathered will need to be stored somewhere. I was thinking about zoho or similar contact management site. I am open for suggestions here. When we email properties to potential investors, I only want to send them links back to our site that show the property details. I do not want any DETAILED INFORMATION sent in the body of an email to an investor. The investor will have to click a link in order to login to our site to see the property details.
