I am looking for working like Apptha Airhotels (magento extension) latest versions or any other working Vacation Rental Script that have similar features. The important features is to manage booking and payment collection on the behalf of the owners and to allow option to charge owners certain percentage from the booking amount collected and release the balance payment to the owner after certain date. Willing to pay discounted rate only. If you have the script and can offer at very discounted rate I will buy it from you.
