Web Site Development (Similar to Yelp)

We're looking for someone to develop a YELP.com-like website from the ground up. However, this website will be specific to a given industry with four types of vendors. We'll need a logo designed as well. Important to have a simple background content management system for administrators to maintain business listing, reviewers and advertisings. Functionality-wise, the site should behave like Yelp (maps, user interaction, etc). However, we need to include a reverse auction system similar to Priceline.com. For example, the user should be able to create a request and submit a price that they are willing to pay. The vendors will reply if they can meet that request given the price. Need to integrate Google Map API, Facebook Connect. More specifics will be given in PMB ****READ BEFORE BIDDING******* -Please have work samples -Please do not encode source code -MUST Comment Source Code (We need the ability to modify code) -Must be compatible with all browsers including but not limited to Window IE all version, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Firefox. -We need to see results before payment and the final payment will be when a fully functional site is loaded on my server -We need you to provide an indicative timeline for the work and guide us on how we keep the site as flexible as possible for future extensions and add-ins. We will also expect regular reports and a series of deliverable based billing milestones (or payment on completion). -The right contract bidder will need to share proof of web-design, build, test experience, and have an online-community / network-building skill-set; plus, ideally, some testimonials from other satisfied clients. The work should be your top priority on acceptance of your bid and launch will need to be complete before April 30th 2011. Non Disclosure Agreement will be required as part of contract.
