WordPress CMS

We want to move our entire website from "hard coded" to CMS and we wish to do so with WordPress. Our website is multi-lingual (8 languages and going up), operating in highly competitive SEO environments. Our website currently has around 1200 static pages and various PHP applications that need to be integrated. The main website parts are [login to view URL] and ingles.babylon-idiomas.com. URL structures will change as we accommodate more language course / language combinations. The CMS needs to be set up in such a way that our staff can easily maintain changes in "news", "promotions" and of course editorial with little or no html knowledge. The first step for this project entails creating the base CMS in a sandbox for one part of our website which has around 200 pages. Once we are happy with this, the remainging part of the website can follow. This is an essential project for our business and should result in a long term partnership between freelancer(s) and ourselves. Deep knowledge of CMS, SEO, WordPress and English are essential to be chosen. Design elements and overall "look and feel" will be sourced internally so do not have to be budgetted. We will also take care in house of copying / pasting text for content.
