XOOPS Site Design

Need XOOPS template for community website. Not yet monetized but that's the eventual plan. Now has about 5,000 members, recently topped a million hits a month. Demographic is 90% women, 30s to 50s mostly. Topic areas are self-growth and development, holistic lifestyle. Heart of the site is forums. Site will need 3 or 4 major areas I think (open to ideas): 1. community: forums, blogs, large chatroom for teacing/lectures/interviews, etc. 2. resources: articles, RSS feed, podcasts, videos, etc. 3. events database: this is key, that people can post events and classes searchable by area, topic, date, etc. 4. practitioners: subweb template or some way for practitioners to present their services w/review. Many holistic practitioners are part-time, small, no budget, no traffic to their sites. Probably will want to charge $15 a month, $39 a quarter, $99 a year or something to host. Preferences: Clean, sophisticated graphic design, contemporary but not too edgy, nothing overly feminine. SEO matters as site ranks top on a few key search terms. Thanks for considering the project.
