Framework for MS Azure business to business transactions platform

The project aims to develop a Microsoft Azure based solution for enabling the exchange of business transactions between companies. For this project we need a developer to build the core architecture of the service as a first step. More work for the project may follow. ## Deliverables We require assistance in the following areas: - Creating the core architecture for the service (SOA, scalable) - Creating a solution to send e-mails from the Azure platform - Creating REST web services to create and read data The software should be ready for upload to Azure and allow us to develop user interface and other elements on it. ## Platform Azure
