We have a website : [login to view URL] It provides a private community site that strata owners can use to discuss and vote on issues, look up common directory numbers and share documents (like meeting minutes). For those of you that don't know, a strata is the legal entity (like a company) that owns the common property when there are many units in a building. A condominium board would be the other name for it, but STRATA TITLE is a legal ownership term that is run by the strata board which usually includes some or all of the appartment / unit owners. Enough History. We currently do not have a corporate logo and are looking for some branding help. the brand is : [login to view URL] the slogan is: Communicate better Some ideas would be: houses, buildings, people talking, arrows / recycling / go around... basically communicates "communication between building owners. We've already tried this with a designer and have come out feeling burned by paying up front for work that ended up being sub par and we are looking to change the way we approach this. As such, we'd like to offer a competition of sorts.... As part of your submission, we'd like to see black and white line art of the designs and some text on what the finished treatment looks like. We will select the black line design that we like the most and award the contract to that designer, we'll have you finish it in color and deliver it in a couple of different formats (Print size and web application). There is likely to be more work to follow in laying out the logo for common promotional items like business cards, letter head and postcards.
