Restaurant Website

Dear Bidders, I am looking for a professional web developer to work on my website. It will have to be a CMS website that can be edited by myself anytime i want. I have already a registered domain and a Linux hosting. The summary of the web content would be similar but not limited to following: 1. Home 2. About Us (English & French) 3. Menu: Dinner and Take Out (English & French) ** Dinner menu is read only in website. For take out menu its printable pdf format on the website. 4. There will be a page with Picture Gallary 5. Contact & Direction of the business (With Map) 6. Possible online poll on one of the page for customer to rate food. 7. Online coupon (maybe)(Customer will be able to download and print the coupon) 8. Chef Special Recipe 9. Daily/weekly/Monthly recipe 10. Fully testing by uploading final website package to the hosting site and trouble shooting if any. So i have already made my Own Logo, have pictures for picture gallery, Both French and English Menu as well as Take out menu if PDF format. The total no of pages would be not more than 8-12. I just want a informational site with some flash. It doesnt have to be a fully flash site. Only the buttons, for example: Home, About Us, Menu, Direction etc buttons should be flash and also the header of the home page should be flash with pictures. I have already selected some web templates for example. For time, i dont want anyone who will take months. Timing is negotiable as long as its reasonable. I have already contacted some web developer and got idea about pricing and time required. The most important thing is i am looking for someone reliable, who can do the job and be able to fulfill my requirements. So looking forward to some awesome web-work.
