social bookmarking software needed

I'm looking for someone to build a social bookmarking software for me. The software will be on the users desktop and he will be able to control all the socail networking sites through his desktop. Mangage, create new accounts, submit updates/posts and add new social netowrking site and other great features. Also I would like this software to be able to send friends and group requests to add as many friends as possible. I need quotes and samples of work you've done.
